Biblical counseling deals with a variety of personality disorders of which being humble is one of the remedies for a popular issue these days, narcissism. Christians deal with just as many of the issues that non-Chrisitians deal with, especially in Christian marriage counseling. As a coach I have dealt with a number of difficult problems in my office and I have to admit that pride is probably the number one problem I see on a weekly basis. Pride can steal the joy in a relationship quickly and if not careful can ruin the marriage.
